The Never Ending Quest - Episode 46374

The worst on Sir Toby was 14 years ago when he got confused and angry during a beach visit (heat stroke is dangerous, kids) and punched out a balloon vendor being racist to two old ladies.
Fortunately one of the old ladies was also a former doctor and had been able to diagnose mild heat stroke for the courts (along with the eyewitness testimony) so everything was dropped. Life goes on.

  1. Read Mitchell the Librarian's police file.
  2. Oddly, Mike Cain's file is one sheet of paper. Even a traffic violation is four these days.
  3. The ballon vendor is in the room right now.
