Since Fred is an agent of the goverment, he doesn't care about any damage he may or may not have caused. The creature, dressed all in Royal Blue, keeps yelling. Occasionally sparks of magic fly out of it's nostril, a sure sign it is annoyed as anything. Most magic creatures emit sparks when full of extreme emotion.
