Rami is Determined

"You too, huh?" Amy said. "I've been in some sort of trance, I think. It must have lasted for months for me to put on so much weight."

"Me too," Rami said. "But now that we're both fully alert again, we've got to get out of here, whilst we're still able to walk. And we're not going to let these satyrs stop us." She heaved herself to her feet again.

"Please don't go, m'lady," the satyr pleaded. "Let us provide new robes for yourself and your sister so that you will be more comfortable. Then why not try this chocolate cake? It's delicious."

Rami pushed him aside. There was a lot of weight behind her push now, and he went sprawling.

1. She leant over him. "Why are you doing this?" she asked. "Do you work for the dragon? If so, what's his motive? Answer me, or I'll tread on you."
2. Rami and Amy escape.
3. Amy doesn't want to go.
4. Just then the sound of the pipes started again. The other satyr had entered the chamber and had begun playing them.
