Stacy threw Lincoln's hat away, and ran away once more. After about
fifteen minutes, she had to stop for a breather. "Okay, that was too wierd." Stacy said to the dog she had christened Lassie. Lassie barked in agreement. However, she was in for a larger shock. The landscape wasn't that of Manhattan, nor of anywhere she recognised. Come to think of it, there was no landscape. Well, nothing she would describe as a landscape. Above her was blue, and below and around her was green. Yet the confusing thing was, she felt like she was standing on pavement. She turned around, feeling around her. She didn't feel anything except empty air. There was no wind, nor was the temperature too hot or too cold. It was pretty comfortable. She dithered a bit, wondering what to do, before deciding to choose a direction. As they walked, she still noticed that it seemed like she was walking on pavement, though there was nothing but nondescript green under her feet. Lassie trotted beside her and looked at her frequently as if to ask if she knew where she was going.
