"Lord Fred," the King said. "I am sorry to see you reduced to this. Violence against the castle guards is a serious business. Not to mention conspiring to slay Sir Toby. And why did you give up on your quest?"

"He came with me to help me kill Sir Toby," Astra said. "And it was the guard who initiated the violence, not us. You should know that I am Princess Astra of Aqualaria. If you don't release me and my friends at once, then you will have a major diplomatic incident on your hands."

The King replied:

  1. "But if I release you, Princess, then you intend to kill Sir Toby. I can't allow that. You will have to stay where you are, incident or no incident."
  2. "Very well, then. You can go. Sir Toby is well capable of defending himself, after all."
  3. "I don't believe that you are Princess Astra."
