Well, perhaps it wasn't exactly a weapon, unless she hit someone over the head with it. Nevertheless, Astra peered into the small mirror, four inches by two, fascinated to see the reflection of herself as she had looked at the age of twelve.

  1. Eventually she put down the mirror and went onwards.
  2. It is a mistake to become too fascinated by a magic mirror. Astra was alarmed to realise that she had youthened to match the image in the mirror.
