burned my clothes?" she said through her hands. "Why? All these trees?" "Oh, we try not to burn tree limbs ever since we met Treebeard." Off Fred's puzzled look, Pippin said, "Long story, I will tell it later. Let us just say he would be very mad if we burnt tree bits willy nilly and we are very good friends and once he gave me an apple." Glenda put her hands down. "I guess I will freeze." "Oh, no." said Merry. "The elves gave us multi-use blankets, you can wear one." Merry brought out a small blanket, which looked to be three feet square. It was as green as a fresh tomato leaf and felt durable as leather armor. Glenda gladly took it and all four were surprised that it covered her from neck to knees. "Impressive!" said Merry. "See, Pippin, I told you these blankets were good for more then just sleeping under and being rainproof." Glenda waved a hand. "Don't get all excited." she said. "Wrapped up in this thing, I get the feeling it only did this for my situation. Especially since you goobers burnt my clothing."
