The Never Ending Quest - Episode 44529

The temple, lit by artfully placed mirrors, had been in use recently. Glenda finds several robes in a closet and, with the aid of a darkly- stained dagger, makes some servicable clothing she would not sweat to death in. Deeper in the closet were old, mismatched shoes. She finds a pair of bright orange ones that do not pinch too badly. Now to get out.

  1. The two go up a steep staircase that is very cold.
  2. There is a weird ramp with mosaics of pleasent scenes beneath their feet.
  3. Glenda hears a scream for help, though Fred does not hear it.
  4. They meet two slightly bruised and confused halflings, Pippin and Samwise.
