Hall Monitor troops thundered back and forth a lot, but none entered the room. Ragan idly wondered if it was the 'Do Not Enter' sign The Doctor had pulled from an inside pocket and slapped on the door. It still had the '13 ^^&' price tag on it but to the rule-obsessed...
