Seeks shelter elsewhere

Lord Fred continued on in his previous direction. The weather was getting
intolerable. He would have to find shelter...hey, there's a hollow tree
with a staircase leading down! Fred swiftly entered, thankful but wary for any possible traps. The thin, curving staircase was well maintained. The walls were smooth and painted a please dark brown. The steps had rubber edging so feet wouldn't wear grooves. Lord Fred approached the bottom with extra care. He entered a large room. Two levels, one lower then the first. Torchlight gleamed in smooth oak floors, beige, freshly painted railings, sharm, gleaming instruments of torture and a waterwheel with all sorts of machinery attached to it. Fred followed the path of the ominous looking bits of wood and metal and everything tapered off to a bare chested man tied down to a table. He was wearing black pants and boots and had suction cups on his chest and temples. He was blonde, with smooth features. He had obviously not been tortured yet. "Hello?" cried the man. "I know someone knew is here, I can tell but the difference in the footsteps as you came down the stairs." His voice was smooth and free of stress, as if he was relaxing on a sunny beach. "Greetings." said Lord Fred. "Who are you?" "Nobody of importance." "Are you a good man?" "Most assuredly. Are you?" "I am a man of honor." said Fred, approaching the railing. "It seems to me so are you, considering the precarious position you are in." "You are very perceptive." replied the blonde man. "Might I bother you into freeing me?" "Do I have your word as a gentleman you will not seek to harm me?" "I swear on my honor as a gentleman I will not harm anyone who frees me from this detestable prison. Please, if you are to free me, hurry, for I must prevent my fiance Buttercup from marrying the evil Prince Humperdink." Fred pulled a dagger off the wall and the man was soon free. He strode to small box and began to pull out more weapons and his uniforms. "I thank you again." he said as he dressed. "And I must ask, will you join me on my quest to free my fiance? Please rest assured Prince Humperdink is most evil and I am very wealthy. You will be paid handsomely." Of course there was no question. Fred assured the man, who introduced himself as Wesley, that he will join him to rescue Buttercup. Just then more people came down the stairs. Fred turned to Wesley. "Who are they?" he whispered.
