Good intentions, bad results.....

Tarin wipes the bloody ax off on the clothing of the town guard.

Apparently, his twin kept his spare weapons close at hand like he did......

Tarin didn't know know it, and wouldn't have cared even if he'd known, but the town guards had (after swearing the stable boy to silence....and hinting that breaking that oath could be.....hazardous to the health) had taken Tarin's unconscious form to his home, so he could recover from what ever had happened. The guard had mistaken him for their Tarin, Constable of Wallants, and had only been trying to avoid an embarrassing incident.

Having the higher ups being found naked and unconscious in such a public place like a stable wasn't something that the guards nor the Amazons wanted the town populous to find out about. It made them look bad.

The same had been done by the Amazons as they carried off the unconscious form of Fred and the black skinned Astra. The Amazon's didn't know that this Fred wasn't either Fred 1 or 2, so they were only trying to avoid an embarrassing situation, just like the town guards with Tarin. They didn't know what to make of the unconscious pregnant woman, for she didn't look like anyone they knew. However, the best place would perhaps be at the Duke's house, so They could decide a course of action.

Neither party wanted to just make a unilateral decision with such high ranking officials, for fear of what might come back at them......

And while arrangements are being made for some demifoxes being teleported,pouches examined for sudden additional Crystallics, the guards bring in the unconsious black skinned Astra and her unconscious friend through the back entrance and to the living room...
