"You do have a plan, don't you?" Belboz asks in something less than respectful tone of voice.

Of course we do you cretinous...., I say to myself, biting back saying it aloud. That and commanding my carpet to do a few barrel rolls to put a fright into my unwelcome guest.

The silent plan had been to land then bring Belboz into our plans. Very well, we can do it now!

"Yes, we do," I say. "We were going to discuss it over lunch...."

"Lunch?!" Belboz blinks, interrupts. "Do you know that it is..."

"Not where we come from," I snap. "Not where we shall return once we are done. Remember? Different time of day back there, you see."

Belboz, by his expression, does.

"But still....," he mutters.

OH, but he doesn't like how we do business, eh? Well, I could say the same about him!

"It is how we do business," I put in. Not quiet true but enough to get him to shut up for the moment.

"Now, this is only the prelimary plan," I explain. "It's subject to change so do NOT get your nose out of joint if you see something that won't work. We were going to get your input in addition to doing some sort of recon, but basically it's going to be a snatch and grab."

"Pardon?" he blinks.

The plan is simple, really, but has several redeeming values to not render it totally unlikely for success. It's going to be swift.

1. This must be swift and quick, or the castle guards will be able to get their act together quickly enough to swarm over us!
