After drinking some beer and crying about it, Josh calls the 1800 number on the back of the machine.
He randomly presses buttons and by pure luck, gets an employee.
"Scott Chen, eh?" says an old lady, with a bit of a Scottish accent. "Let me type this up."

  1. Clickety, clackety. "Sorry, got no clue."
  2. "Didn't you know? All machines reject him."
  3. "Am I talking to Josh Burbank?"
  4. "Scott Chen bit my sister."
  5. "Please hold for the next available customer." Wait, what?
  6. "Can I have your Social Security number?" This is not right.
