I Deserve a War Hell Ride

Fred is stunned to the point of being speechless. How could any one person, no matter how dangerous they were in life, destroy Hell? Still, he couldn't entirely dismiss Josh's story. Walking to a special computer terminal with monitors, Fred calls up the appropriate information, and accesses the direct link into Hell's computer system. Instead, he gets a lot of "link not found" messages, and grainy video images of what appears to be a destroyed Hell. The phone rings, and after Fred answers, he is informed that yes, Hell has officially been destroyed, and that Satan's final act before his demise was to send Josh up to Heaven. He apparently did what Satan couldn't do for all these years.

Walking back to Josh, Fred speaks. "Well, it looks like you weren't lying, Josh. I only want to ask you, how did you do it?"
"Simple," Josh says. He then goes on to give a long, rambling story about meeting a powerful figure whose name is lost to history who granted him one wish that he could use at any point through eternity. Josh simply used it after Fred sent him to Hell, and it was especially effective. The last two survivors of Hell were Josh and a mortally wounded Satan.

"Interesting story, my friend," Fred says. "But, I suppose we'd all better get ready for the inevitable huge rush of lost souls coming up here now that Hell's gone. You think working a department store during the holidays is bad? Josh, you haven't seen anything yet!"

1. Sure enough, everyone else in Hell arrives at the pearly gates. All at once.
2. Nobody from Hell arrives. So where did they end up?
3. Josh blows up Heaven.
