Fortunately one of the passengers had a deck of cards. Five people, Josh and Roanna included, set up around a large, black, flat suitcase.
The first dealer is a tall woman with extremely short red hair and the largest teeth Josh had ever seen. Despite this, he found her very pretty. The two others were a male Subway employee with dragon tatoos on his arms and a small Australian woman who looked straight out of a 'Crocodile Dundee' movie.
The first ten minutes are very exciting. Sir Josh makes ten bucks but otherwise Aussie-woman sweeps the board. Subway guy reveals a rich, deep Scottish accent. Red-haired lady introduces herself as Susan Anthony and gives a brief mention of how she once stopped a bank robbery with a baseball bat. (It came across as a natural part of the conversation and not as bragging). Then Roanna takes a turn as the winner. Suddenly...

  1. the bus is fixed earlier then expected.
  2. Sir Josh gets the perfect hand. Nothing can beat it. How long should he bluff?
  3. Batman shows up.
  4. a cop, who stopped by to see what was going on, arrests them all. Seems gambling was illegal in this county.
  5. a shaved monkey in a diaper runs by.
