Fred examines the Smith and Wesson

The Never Ending Quest - Episode 4192

Fred examines the unfamiliar weapon. He finds strange runes carved on the butt. "Property of the Lone Ranger" he deciphers laboriously, because he is almost illiterate. "Silver Bullets" then a little floating "TM" and then a little c in a circle and then "The Lone Ranger, Inc. All rights reserved." Fred knows nothing of copyrights or trade marks, and does not know what "Inc." means. He sits down and scratches his head. He senses that these strange symbols are some kind of powerful magic. Eventually

  1. Fred decides to keep the strange weapon. Whoever this "Lone Ranger" dude is, he's not around, and Fred likes those silver bullets.
  2. Fred decides to put the pistol back with the corpse, for fear of this dread sorcerer, "The Lone Ranger"
  3. Fred is seized by a sudden irrational desire to shout "Hi yo, Silver!"
