Apparently in D.C. it is a crime to search for a purse while naked. Searching for wallets while naked is ok.
Scott cries like a little girl as he is hauled to jail.

  1. He is given clothes.
  2. In the cell next to him is Bill Clinton, who was arrested for being Bill Clinton.
  3. He is given women's clothes.
  4. He is sent back to the Staircase Room.
