It was Tranq darts Green Arrow fired. They have blunt ends, with a centimeter long needle. Designed to put down pretty much anyone over the age of fifteen with little side effects.
What Green Arrow didn't count on was Josh and Scott's long career with taking exorbirant amounts of drugs.
The tranqs don't put them down at all. In fact, Josh and Scott start performing their favorite bits from the musical 'Cats'. (They had spent eight months on the London stage, Josh as Mungojerrie, sometimes Pouncival and Scott as Bustopher Jones and sometimes Rum Tum Tugger).

  1. Everyone runs away.
  2. Wonder Woman gets help from dedicated medical professionals.
  3. Just then, an alarm clock rang out.
