You and Astra Escape

Ordinarily you might have struggled to catch Astra, but she is running under a handicap. She is wearing boots that are twelve inches long and have soles that are flapping loose. Also the braces that are holding up her trousers, which would fit a waist almost twice as large as hers, keep on slipping off her shoulders. So when she isn't tripping and falling headlong, she is having to stop to pull up her trousers.

"Hey, Astra!" you call, seeing her just ahead. She turns and faces you. You see that she is wearing a frilly blouse, a rotating bowtie, woolly socks and traditional clown make-up, as well as the trousers and shoes.

1. "Hello, you," she says. "I'm glad that you got away too."
2. "I think I must be under some enchantment of the dragon," she says. "I can't seem to help myself." Seemingly from nowhere, she produces a cream pie and shoves it in your face.
