The Dragon's Implausible Explanation

"Oh yes," the dragon replies nonchalantly. "I can't expect you to provide me with all of my entertainment, so Boobs and Fred and Exotica and Velus must all do their bit as well."

"So that's who the boy was. I should have recognised him, but I'm more familiar with him as a dog. So why is he chasing Exotica, shouting 'tig biddies'? Her biddies aren't especially tig - I mean, her titties aren't especially big. And why is he wearing a pink gown?"

"I've told them both that the gown is enchanted, and that so long as Velus is wearing it he can cast magic spells. I've also told them that 'tig biddies' is a spell of breast enlargement, and that every time that Velus says it within Exotica's hearing her breasts will grow a little. So she's trying to get far enough away that she can't hear him, whilst he is trying to prevent that.

"And is any of that true?" you ask, thinking that it all sounds highly unlikely.

1. The dragon laughs. "Of course not," he says, "but their chase is highly entertaining."
2. "Of course it is," the dragon replies. "Would I lie to you?"
3. "Judge for yourself," the dragon says, for Exotica has doubled back and is running back this way, with Velus close behind her.
4. Just then, Astra re-enters the cavern; she is now being chased by Velus. A moment later, Exotica reappears, now being chased by Fred.
