Sometimes Wishes Are Granted

The Never Ending Quest - Episode 40144

As they left the cave, Fred idly fingered a medallion in his pocket which he had found on the floor during the five minutes or so that Astra had been away getting herself some clothes. I wish I could see Astra naked some more, he thought.

To his surprise, her clothes promptly disappeared, though the two swords and their scabbards remained. She turned and looked at him. "Did you do that?" she asked.

"How could I?" he asked, trying to look innocent. Meanwhile he was wondering if the medallion had the power to grant wishes. If it was a magic item, perhaps the witch had accidentally dropped it. Would it give the traditional three wishes, or was it possible that it might allow unlimited wishes?

  1. Astra wants to go back to the witch's bedroom to get more clothes, and Fred decides to use another wish to change her mind.
  2. Fred wishes that Astra should be in love with him.
  3. The kitten turns up again.
