Come on in for the bus is down

The Never Ending Quest - Episode 39731

Suddenly Sir Josh has a Jesus Christ Superstar flashback. "My father's house should be a place of prayer!" he cries, running around and flailing his arms in such a dangerous manner that even the serial killer jumps off the bus to get out of his way. "But you have made it a den of thieves!"

"I thought they were murderers," someone remarks, desperately trying to fit the last outburst into the plot.

"Thieves, murderers, all the same!" Sir Josh cries as he comes to the part that makes at least some sense, or would have if not for the earlier parts. "Get out! Get out!!" Pausing for a deep breath, he adds "And take those dead corn products with you!"

So they all jump off the bus, except for Josh who jumps into the driver's seat and proceeds to drive off. Two hundred yards down the road he realizes that...

  1. ...he doesn't know where the road is leading.
  2. ...it's a dead end.
  3. ...he never learned to drive.
  4. ...he left his license in his other pants.
  5. ...he left his license in his otter pants. Yes, otter pants. His family has a long tradition of dressing up as animals for Halloween.
  6. ...the bus broke down in the last chapter and he's just sitting there like an idiot turning the wheel and making vroom vroom noises.
  7. ...he just made a really awful joke about dead corn.
