Silly Trolls, Silly Fred

The Never Ending Quest - Episode 39657

A few minutes' haggling and Fred has gotten Gar to drop the price of the sword by another 2 gold pieces. Heh heh! Fred had tricked those stupid ol' trolls in to buying him a shiny new sword. Silly trolls!

Fred is so pleased with his new sword and his clever ruse that he decides to celebrate. He takes his change from Gar and goes to the tavern to buy a beer.

Silly Fred!

The three trolls surround him as soon as he enters the inn.

  1. Fred explains to the trolls that a sword is a much superior digging implement to a mere shovel
  2. Fred engages the trolls in combat
  3. Fred pretends not to recognise the trolls
  4. Fred genuinely doesn't recognise the trolls
