The two pad down the long, sloping exit tunnel. Suddenly a shape detaches from the shadows.
"Bun! Bun with meat! Onna stick! Two gold pieces! That's cutting me own throat!"
A rack of steaming hot somethings was somehow tied to the man's chest. "What the hell?" said Fred.
"I'm just selling meat in buns, good sir. You look hungry. Want something for your dog? Tell you what, two buns with meat, for three gold pieces. And that's cutting me own throat with the Legend Sword, let me tell you!"

  1. Fred shoves his way past.
  2. Fred shakes down the man for info on the dragon.
  3. Velus tells Fred the 'meat' is really dragon skin shavings.
  4. The bun-seller screams like a woman, throws his rack in the air and runs off.
  5. Fred buys some meat. Inna bun.
  6. Velus spontaneously uber-sheds.
  7. Fred spontaneously combusts.
  8. A naked, in-shaped, red-haired maiden comes running up the tunnel. She's being pursued by twelve gaurdsmen.
