The fighting soon degenerates into a joint crying session. They cry so hard that they don't watch where they're going and both blunder into a wall, knocking themselves out.

  1. Scott never recovers giving Josh even more to cry about.
  2. Since both occupants of the Staircase Room are out cold, the structural integrity of the Room collapses.
  3. They both recover act like nothing's happened. In fact they've both got amnesia.
  4. They're shoved into an ambulance by the crew from ER.
  5. Josh dreams about fluffy bunnies. Scott dreams about Escher drawings.
