  1. Freddy Krueger's glove, which was stuck in his face.
  2. Josh is partially transformed into a Twinkie. Yes, underwater.
  3. Somehow, Josh had choked to death on his own feet. Gross.
  4. Ennui. But how in the hell is that obvious?
