Rami is bathed in light, and floats upward to the accompaniment of a celestial chorus. She gets her own halo, and her own wings, and her own set of robes. Finally, she can trounce about without baring it all. At first, heaven is a swell place. Rami flits around, with no pain, and talks to a bunch of angels and unicorns. She's there, though, for a VERY long time. And suddenly that notion of ETERNITY begins to set in. How dreadfully long! After a couple of centuries, every angel begins to look the same, and the haloes have lost their luster, and Rami desperately wants to escape. One day, as she's sitting in a cloud bank twiddling her thumbs, humming, bored to tears, a voice breaks from the sky. "Rami, you seem bored up here." "Yeah, heaven's not all it was cracked up to be. Can I go back down to earth?" "I suppose," answered the booming voice, "just try not to make the same mistake twice."
