Due to an obscure NEQ rule written by drunken teenagers, the person who takes over Sir Toby's place is none other then Heck Arthur Parking Brake.

  4. Heck falls off of the top of the building and into a tree shredder. One Stan and some guy named Jim Slim (not Slim Jim) take over.
  5. Heck eats a midget.
  6. Fifty-nine sixty foot tall monkeys rampage through downtown.
  7. Scott uses his one wish not on world peace or to cure hunger but to make NEQ go back to normal. Way to go, Scott, you big jerk.
