FRED IS LOST!!!! HE CAN'T GO BACK TO THE KING BECAUSE HE DOESN'T KNOW THE WAY!

Duh! says Fred.

Fred and Velus the dog decide to make the best of a near-hopeless situation. They look around through the fog and gloom of the forest and try to get their bearings.

There is a clear path going east and an overgrown path going south. To the north are thick, impassable trees, and to the west is a river. On the bank of the river is a raft that a clever knight might take to the opposite side.

1. Fred and Velus take the clear path east
2. Fred and Velus go over to inspect the raft
3. Fred and Velus hack their way through the overgrown path to the South
4. Fred pulls his sword and attempts to chop down the trees blocking his way north
