The Never Ending Quest - Episode 36752

Now unhinged totally, Josh goes to the kitchen to get some matches. Since the mattress somehow talks, he's going to set fire to it to see if it screams. Unfortunately, it's fire retardant and he has great difficulty in setting it alight. So he tries something else. He finds a can of gasoline somewhere and goes and douses the mattress. Which started shrieking, "Nooooo!" Laughing manically, Josh lights a match and tosses it onto the mattress. Soon there's a nice blaze going and gradually the mattress' screams fade slowly away.

Preoccupied with watching the flames, and ignorant of the fact that the rest of the room going up, he doesn't notice Scott appear behind him. Scott brains him with a foam fire extinguisher before dragging him out the way and doing his utmost to put the fire out. Once Josh recovers again, he finds...

  1. He's a in a straitjacket strapped to a couch.
  2. He's going to be sentenced for damaging Staircase Room property.
  3. Scott standing over him. Scott slaps him silly before ranting at him.
  4. That he's floating lonely as a cloud over a host of golden daffodils.
