Cave of the Golden Hrishnam

Amy followed Velma down dark winding passageways. The cat kept a good distance in front of the girl, who amused herself by imagining how nice it would be to drive her sword through feline skull.

At last the darkness of the caverns was broken by the golden glow of the Golden Hrishnam. The fungus covered the walls and floor of one chamber of the cave, casting the room with what looked like dull flourescent lighting.

Amy sighed and prepared to begin collecting. She placed her right foot onto the fungus (which felt like spongy moss) and stepped into the room.

1. Amy walks to the middle of the room, where a particularly large patch of fungus appears to be quivering. She raises her blade and slices into the slime mold.
2. Amy feels motion beneath her feet. She steps back out of the chamber, and tosses Velma in to see if anything might happen.
