The Six Strings That Drew Blood

Josh had dove behind the couch moments before the blast. The sofa was badly scorched, but Josh had escaped unscathed. He can't even bring himself to look.

Earlier, Lori had combusted, exploding into a million pieces that were now all over the staircase room.

After getting their nerves back, and their stomachs under control, Josh and Scott silently go to the storage room and start pulling out all of the brooms and rolls of duct tape they can get. They quickly get to work sweeping up Lori's remains, and assembling them with a generous amount of duct tape. Finally, after a few frantic hours, Scott tapes the last of Lori's head into place, and slashes a hole across the tape covering Lori's eyes, which had been placed back in her head incorrectly.

"Okay, Lori...wherever you are. Your body's back together. It was a hell of an effort, but by god, me and Scott did it!"

1. Lori comes back to life, forever trapped in this horrific patchwork body.
2. The body begins to crumble again, and no amount of duct tape can hold it together the second time.
3. Lori magically heals herself.
4. Same as #3, but Scott and Josh yell about all of the wasted duct tape that disappeared.
5. Scott and Josh animate Lori's body, and she becomes their willing acolyte. First mission, firebombing Tulsa!
