After killing the two employees and one customer for the hell of it, he takes Darla home and removes the bolts. After a week, she is able to tell him what happened.

  2. He does not know of the Staircase Room and the window is no longer there.
  3. He remembers the Room and how is invited in. Darla asks for the living bodies of Scott and Josh so she can turn them. Spike, of course, agrees.
  4. Josh shows up and fires five bolts in Spike's head. Then he escapes.
