As soon as Josh hits the energy web, he finds himself lulled to sleep. A
few moments later, an alert goes off in Tower Services. Horace chuckles to
himself. "Got you!" he says, then radios a cleanup crew to grab Josh and
return him to the staircase room. Those energy webs randomly strewn through the Nae areas* of the Multiverse have captured many a lost staircase resident since their purchase, and that is why Horace doesn't feel bad about their extreme cost. Well, that and he doesn't have to pay for it. Josh awakens as he is being carried on a stretcher down a corridor. Yawning, he says "Hey guys" to the men carrying him. He then looks at the side of the corridor. Which is see-through. See-through to a yawning, spiraling, frightening, vortex. "Um..." he says, but is interrupted. "Don't you worry, Josh" the man in the back says. "My name is Theo and you are just in a flex-tunnel through Nae space. Soon we will be back at the Staircase." Josh does not know how he feels about that. He really wanted to get out of that room! * - The Nae areas are voids, chasms, nothing-spaces that form between the gaps in Multiversal realities. You shouldn't be able to enter them at all, but Josh and Scott are so damn Chaotic that it happens more often than anyone would like. so what does he decide
