Josh at the circus

Josh sits on the back steps of the chuck wagon truck. He casually munches
on a chicken sandwhich while staring out at the ass-end of several dozen
extremely ugly surburban houses. The rising sun peeks between two of the
ugliest, sending a ray right above Josh's head and into the door's window.
Somewhere inside Steve Thomas, the cook, curses as the sun blinds him. Stacey pads up, done with her patrol of the perimeter. She looks at Josh's sandwhich and whufs softly. I wanna a piece she's clearly saying. Josh holds out a piece and makes her do a trick in order to get it. Which trick?
