And also, dark. The glowing lichen prevalent in so many other caves did not grow here. So Fred had to light a lantern to see what was making the sound so close to him.

A tall man screamed. He was bald as a Viking helmet and more muscular then an ox. His name was Peter and he was a cowardly man who lived at the castle and did odd jobs. Some said Peter didn't have all his brains with him, but except for his inabillity to fight, he was one of the smartest men Fred had ever met.

"Peter!" said Fred as Peter called his name. "What are you doing here?" Fred continued.
"I don't know." Peter whispered. "I was told to fetch a crate of wine for the king and his one of his parties. Since the main wine cellar had been emptied long ago, I went to the backup cellar but I must have made a wrong turn. Hey! I was there when the king sent you on the quest! What are you doing under the castle?"
Fred lowered his lantern. "Peter, I have bad news. This is not the castle. We're in the Other Caves."
"Other Caves? Oh no...."
"Let's not stand here much longer, Peter. We should be going back."
Peter looked like he wanted to say something, but he followed Fred anyway. Soon, they discovered they were...
