The drain had been under Fred's feet! It was so clogged with dirt and crap
that it had been hard to see. Fred kicked the gunk free. His hands were all but useless though he could still use his feet. Fred kicked the ever loving hell out of the drain. A drastic event soon happened, which had it's good and bad points. The drain collapsed inwards. This was good. The bad was that it took much of the water-damaged floor with it and Fred, who was standing on the floor. Fred vanished with a yelp, his damaged and sore hands the last thing to leave the room. He plunged into a vast cavern. As he fell hs saw drainage tubes to the right and left and above...he splashed down hard, hit gunky bottom and pushed himself to the surface. Fate wss smiling on him as a ramp led out of the water and into a small alcove. Fred looked up. The whole place was about fifty feet wide and who knows how tall? There really wasn't much of a choice as to where to go but into the open tube on the right. At least it was big, twenty feet in diameter. If Fred's hands were working right he could have climbed... Thirty feet into the tube...
