Getting the Shakes

Astra grabs you by your feet, and starts shaking you upside down in an
effort to get the shinies out of you. She is easily strong enough to lift
you clear of the ground, but unfortunately your head bangs on the floor of
the cave at intervals. "Ow!" you say.
Fortunately one of the bangs brings you back to your senses. Your mind is clear again, though your head, stomach and mouth all hurt, and several of your teeth are the worse for wear. "Stop shaking, Astra!" you yell. She looks around her for a moment in puzzlement, trying to spot this Astra person that you are talking to, then resumes shaking you. "Stop shaking me, Boobs, and put me down!" This time she understands that you are talking to her, and thankfully complies. All the shaking has churned up your stomach, and before you can climb to your feet you vomit. All the jewels come up (along with a lot of other stuff). By a fluke, Astra's tactics have actually worked! Your mouth hurts worse than ever though, lacerations from the gems and stomach acid not being a good mixture.
