A Choice to be Made

Then an alarming idea occurred to Fred. "I suppose that those trees are as huge as they look. It's not possible that we've somehow been shrunk, is it?"

"I don't think so. If that was the case then the tunnel that we came through would have seemed to have got bigger. So what do you want to do? Go back inside and hunt down the dragon, or climb the fence and go and investigate those trees."

Velus barked to indicate that if any fence climbing was to be done then he would need assistance.

1. They re-entered the caves to search for the dragon.
2. They decided to climb the fence and descend the mountainside, to get a closer look at the trees.
