Anina surged to her feet, her weapon ready for battle. "I request to know where I am and who you are!" she demanded angrily. "I am Astra, warrior princess." said Astra proudly. "Impossible. Last I saw you, you were but a stripling!" "Last I saw you, you were dead!" Anina roared and charged, swinging her sword. Astra leapt high above the blade and somersaulted. She landed out of the range of the sword and rolled forward. She shot out a fist, landing it in Anina's solar plexus. Anina grunted and brought the sword down straight at Astra's skull. Astra whipped her hands up, catching the blade between her hands. "By the all the Gods who walk Above." hissed Anina. "It is you! My how you've grown." "It's what caused me all the problems in the first place." Astra released the blade then slithered across the sand. She stood, ten feet away. "We are obviously in the midst of very powerful magic, honored teacher." Astra said. "I agree. Our first priority is to find out what year it is so we know where in the timestream we stand." Anina put her sword away. "Do you not remember the inland battle against the hordes of Denmark? That is where you fell." "I do not remember. Do you recall how you came here?" "No, I do not." "Further proof of evil magic." The two discuss a way to prove what year it was.
