Navigator's Problems Are Just Beginning

The Navigator is allowed to read the tombstones. Only because the leader
secretly has a crush on him and can't deny him. The navigator, who is probably going to get a name pretty soon, reads all the tombstones. He doesn't react until the last one. He stumbles back, his thin, pock-marked face going pale. "Hey, buddy." said a muscled, green-haired prisoner. "You ok?" "No," said the man, as he sat down. It was pure luck that a large boulder was under his but for his knees had given out. "That last tombstone...is my name!" Sir Josh is too far back in the crowd to read the name. The leader makes confused grunting noises. The green-haired man scratches his chin. "Man." he said to the navigator. "Look, you're cool. You're a damn screw but you treat us with respect. I, for one, got your back." A few others agree, saying that the other guards can go hang and that respect is paid with respect.
