Sara and Jasper are both covered with dozens of Twinkies.

  1. They are removed.
  2. Josh suffers an allergic reaction to Twinkies. The top layer of his skin falls off, leaving the red, painful layer below.
  3. The Twinkies explode.
  4. The Twinkies change to Twonkles, to avoid trademark infrigement. Much like how J'onn J'onzz Oreos change to some made-up name whenever the DC editors get weird.
  5. Josh is hallucinating the snack cakes. But not Sara and Jasper.
