Fred removes two more bars from the prison door. then neatly arranges all four of them around Sir Lots, who is somehow sleeping while standing up next to the wall. Hence, Sir Lots has been framed.

"Come on, you guys! That's funny!" cries Fred. "I framed him! Get it? He's suitable for framing now! Take him home with you! Impress the missus with it! Guys! Please laugh!!"

Nobody's laughing.

  1. Security comes by and sees the bars missing from the door.
  2. Fred is charged with "deliberate use of horrible puns in a public place", which is a very serious offense in New York.
  3. The bars find themselves wrapped around Fred's head next. His cellmates don't appreciate bad jokes.
  4. Four tourists come in and carry Sir Lots away.
