Fred's mad quest meets a snag when he mistakes the New York Public Library
for the 'Scott Chen And Josh Burbank Informational Terminal'. Granted, that's what it said outside on the steps but the sign had been created by a mad black Russian woman who was soon taken away and given the medicines she desperately needed. Fred flees the library, three hulking, male security gaurds hot on his tail. Scott Chen was also the name of a very evil man who had broken the left arm of the front desk receptionist that two of the three men were in love with. (The third was in love with one of the other two). Fred hides in a dumpster half-filled with dumpster wheels.
