Fred Changes History

The Never Ending Quest - Episode 32525

An enraged Fred leaps off of the observation deck. He hits the streets, landing on and immediately squishing a man called Bill Jemas, who in our history would go on to become publisher of Marvel Comics and would be responsible for some of the crappiest comics ever written.

How does this change history?

  1. Not at all, except that some people live happier lives as a result.
  2. Chuck Austen, writer of lame comic books, is unemployed. He decides to join the Conglomerate in a plot to take over the world.
  3. Comics become popular again and the person who replaces Bill Jemas makes a crapload of money, runs for president, wins the election, and commissions a faster-than-light ship.
  4. Bill Jemas is replaced by someone even worse. Aliens get ahold of some Marvel comics and decide to destroy the Earth.
