Yes he does at that. Unfortunately for the new female centaur, another entity with even a more wicked (downright evil, really) sense of humor has come avisiting.

Seeing a pontential real knee-slapper of a joke, he freezes time.

Something is placed within the new centuaress' Matix, changing and freezing it permanently into it's present form.

So Astra the Centauress (who looks like she had from the waiste up, but a red chestnut-- bright reddish and/or orange shades--coloured mare below) is now and forevermore a centaur. A now becomingly overly familiar piece of forbidden fruit is force fed to the new centauress, changing her (illegally) from mortal to immortal.

Then, casting a spell of anmesia upon the centaur, the demon who's a friend of Flagg telelports the new centaur lass....elsewhere. She cannot remember even her name, much less anything before now... Much less that she'd been on a Quest to retrieve something for a Snark, who'd threatened to drive men and women mad if she and Fred refused or failed in their mission....

She's trotting next to another new centaur, who only remembers that his name is Freud.....

1. They're on a strange barren island, with a golden city in the distance with a ship in it's harbor...
