Stacy and Lassie in the staircase room

Stacy paced the strange room. It had one window, that looked out into fog.
It was unopenable due to heavy layers of paint and rust. And what looked
to be stainless steel hook-screws. There were no less then six teal
couches, but only one TV. In one corner was a huge pile of boxes, all
filled with food, most non-perishable. Thank goodness one had a can-opener
and some cans of gooshy dog food for Lassie. She was snorgling away quite
happily. There were three passages leading off from the room. Two to stinky bedrooms, formly inhabitated by boys if the dust-covered toys were any indication. The third led to a well-stocked and equally dusty kitchen. It to had a window, very small, over the sink, but again, fog. Stacy managed to toss out a spoon and did not hear it hit the ground. How high up were they? For lack of anything better to do, she turns on the TV and sits down. Lassie runs over, leaps into her lap and gives her an affectionate Alpo belch straight to the face. What is on TV?
