The Never Ending Quest - Episode 323

Fred hung back, aware he first must gather intelligence. This vast inn held many races, all a mix between humans and animals. The inn was carpeted in red and black and held many confusing passages and large rooms. Light came from torches enclosed in glass.
The humanoids seemed interested in only discussing the social implications of their various forms...and flirting. Well, there were pleasing female attributes to many of the females. Clothing seemed to be an afterthought. And some smelled real nice.
With a start Fred realized that he had been smelling vast new panoramas and thinking it normal.
Fred walked to the lobby. He really wasn't sure if he could confess his situation to any of these characters. Just because many looked like him, doesn't mean they were good men and women.

  1. He stops to help a porter with heavy luggage.
  2. He walks out the front doors.
  3. A wolf bursts through the doors, lands on all fours and starts growling and frothing at the mouth.
  4. Fred has to pee.
  5. Fred is seized by fear when he realizes what people do here...
