Yet Another Portal!

"Well, I should be able to," Betty said. She typed out a short episode: Suddenly an inter-dimensional portal leading back to Astra's own world opened up within the room. She added the single option: Then... before submitting the episode.

Sure enough, a portal opened almost immediately. Considering that she hadn't bothered to describe it, Betty was quite impressed by it. It was a circle some seven feet in diameter, its lowest point just off the floor. Inside it all that could be seen was total blackness.

1. Astra steps through.
2. Astra still doesn't altogether trust the "Sorceress". She won't go through.
3. Through an unlikely series of events, Betty goes through along with Astra. (There are no computers on the far side on which she can write an episode to get herself back. She will be dependent on the kindness of other authors.)
