King Emry, Speciest

The Never Ending Quest - Episode 31327

Emry leads Fred to a smaller, cozy room. It is lined with mahogony-framed paintings of old queens and young kings. A fire crackles. Incense on the mantleplace seeds the room with a nice scent. Several small windows look over a steep hill leading down to a wide beach where soldier's children play.
Emry offers tea and crumpets. Fred politely declines and they get down to talking. To provide ambience, a violin player stands just out of sight behind one of the doors.
Lord Fred pleads with King Emry. Why the hatred against weres?

  1. A were ate his sister.
  2. It soon becomes obvious Emry is being mystically controlled.
  3. Sadly, it's just plain, unreasoning hate.
  4. Fred talks throughout the night. Emry seems to be coming around to logic...but then Emry is attacked by the violin player.
